The National Association of Colleges and Employers recently conducted a nationwide survey of graduates of nearly 200 colleges, noting the number of jobs and salaries they had been offered according to their major. It found that the average starting salary for this year's graduates was $48,661, down about 1% from 2009. Here are the majors with the best starting salaries overall.
